Our goal is to enroll approximately 10 mentor/mentee pairs into the program.

What is Mentoring?

  • A relationship between two individuals, with the more experienced individual, the mentor, serving as a role model and/or counselor that provides guidance for the mentee in key areas of management and leadership skills.
  • It is a relationship based on trust and mutual respect in which both the mentor and the mentee have responsibilities and should benefit from the relationship.
