Women Health Executives Network

The Women’s Healthcare Executive Network is one of our newest communities within the Washington State Healthcare Executives Forum chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. This forum is designed for women in healthcare leadership positions to build connection, community, and empowerment through shared learning, insight, and innovation.

Who We Are

The Women’s Healthcare Executive Network is an extended network of female healthcare leaders in Washington State interested in creating a diverse and supportive culture to foster networking, growth, talent, and leadership qualities through education and shared learning.

Our Mission

The Women’s Healthcare Executive Network is an affinity group within the WA ACHE Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. The WA ACHE Chapter embraces diversity within the healthcare management field and recognizes that prioritizes this as both an ethical and business imperative.

Objectives

  • Providing a forum on diversity issues and their impact on the healthcare workforce
  • Supporting ACHE policy statements on diversity and defining specific chapter goals appropriate for WA State
  • Increasing cultural competency by supporting educational and leadership opportunities for diversity in healthcare management

Events

The WA State Women’s Healthcare Executive Network meets on the third Tuesday of the month virtually.
