Dylan Blackburn
President
Bio
Dylan Blackburn is Director, System Advanced Primary Care at MultiCare Health System. He previously served as a project manager for patient care services and supply chain at Virginia Mason Medical Center, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. He has a passion for working with teams in the ambulatory setting, helping them to provide access to high quality care around the Puget Sound.
Dylan received a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington and holds two Bachelor of Arts for the University of California, Berkeley in Molecular and Cellular Biology & Integrative Biology. He moved to the Pacific Northwest from California and has really come to enjoy the beautiful outdoors the region has to offer.
Both our local and national ACHE organization have given him the opportunity to learn and grow professionally through networking and educational events. Dylan previously served as the chair of the chapters Programs and DEI committee’s. He says, “The work I have gotten to do with those teams has made a huge impact on my career, and I hope that I can continue serving with this group to make a positive impact on leaders in our region.”
Tina Seery

Bio
Tina is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in healthcare administration, is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Certified Professional in Patient Safety, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Lean Sensei, a Team STEPPS Master Trainer, and a trained sexual assault nurse examiner. Her clinical and operational leadership experience in emergency, clinical care and quality management spans multiple service areas over the last 28 years. She is positioned to sit for the Board of Governor’s Exam, American College of Healthcare Executives, Fellowship Credential (FACHE), in 2023.
Tina is an active and engaged clinical partner supporting hospitals in our state with several key patient safety initiatives: Opioid Stewardship, in-hospital quality, Emergency Department Utilization, statewide Stroke & Cardiac Care) and serves as a trusted liaison for Lean/Six Sigma, Team STEPPs, health care clinical quality expertise, including health policy-related, legislative initiatives. She also supports state and federal partners in WSHA’s COVID-19 Response Team.
Tina greatly enjoys time with family, playing tennis, golf, hiking, boating, and loving on her Great Danes. She is also actively engaged in several volunteer roles including actively participating in the WA State Chapter of ACHE as a Board Director, Appointment on the Regional Advisory Council, Chair of the Membership Committee, Chair of the Women in Healthcare Executive Network, DEI Committee Member. In 2022, she was a recipient of the American College of Healthcare Executives Regent’s Award.
As a first-generation Latina college graduate, Tina remains a strong advocate for educational advancement. She supports emerging healthcare professionals in our state as a Mentor with her alma mater, the University of Washington eMHA and MHA Programs and supports the Washington State Opportunity Scholar Program. She remains an active WA State Emergency Volunteer Professional and supported several Covid-19 Mass Vaccination Clinics in 2021-2022.
Brittany McCreery, MD

Brittany McCreery MD, MBA is a Florida native who moved to Washington state in 2015. Dr. McCreery is the Director of Medical Staff Practice for the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA), where she oversees professional service contracting, clinical capacity management, medical staff regulatory and accreditation affairs, and standardization of clinical practice. Dr. McCreery attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a BA in Biochemistry. She went on to complete her medical degree at Florida State University School of Medicine. She conducted post-graduate training in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital as well as Orlando Heath. Brittany also holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and recently finished a Certificate in Innovation with Stanford Graduate School of Business, which fueled her passion for the design and delivery of healthcare services that improve the care experience for providers and patients alike. In addition to serving on the Washington State Healthcare Executives Forum Board, she also represents SCCA-Fred Hutch on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Board of Directors.

Amy Ballard, MBA, is the System Director for Quality Analytics at PeaceHeath, a 10 Hospital Health System with an expansive medical group spanning three states in the Pacific Northwest. She is responsible for the Registry Reporting and Outcomes team which includes surgical, cardiac, and obstetric registries, CMS hospital quality inpatient and outpatient reporting, and ancillary quality reporting abstraction needs, the Ambulatory Regulatory reporting and Analytics team that supports all regulatory quality reporting for the ambulatory sector, and the data scientist team supporting quality, patient safety, infection prevention, medical staff, regulatory, and patient experience reporting system-wide. Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration. She started her career in information technology and moved into the healthcare sector early. She has spent the last 10 years focused on improving quality and performance improvement data availability and analytics. She has a passion for transparency, reliability, and making data fun.

Andrea Zavos Turner

Ms. Turner was the recipient of the American College of Healthcare Executives Regent’s Award for excellence in healthcare management in 2010 and 2015. She has served with the Board of Directors of the Washington State Healthcare Executives Forum in a variety of roles, including Chapter President and Military Representative to the Board of Ambulatory Care & Allied Care Services at Harborview Medical Center / UW Medicine (2016-2018); Chief, Clinical Services Division at Madigan Army Medical Center (JBLM; 2008-2016); and the Director of Business Operations, Division of Ambulatory Care at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City (2004-2008). From 1998 to 2004, Ms. Turner served as a United States Army Medical Service Corps officer in a variety of staff positions, including a comptroller internship and clinical operations.
In addition to her service to ACHE, Ms. Turner is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Seattle and has worked with several committees, including Bellevue Arts, Life Skills-Teen, and Advocacy Vice Chair. Ms. Turner actively participates in City of Bellevue civic activities graduating from the Bellevue Essentials leadership program in 2013 and the Community Emergency Response Team in 2017. She currently serves on Citizen Corps Council, is the Legislative Representative for the Medina PTA, and is the team manager for Bellevue United FC & Bellevue West Little League. She has previously served as a founding club member, Club President, and Area Governor for Toastmasters International, a leading organization in public speaking and leadership development.
Ms. Turner received her master of health science degree with a concentration in health finance and management from Johns Hopkins University and her bachelor of arts degree from Tulane University.
