My name is James Revels, I am a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Kaiser Permanente and my life’s work, and passion has always been in the financial sector of the healthcare industry. I am an experienced healthcare and finance professional. I enjoy using my healthcare experience to further the advancement of other healthcare professionals and contribute to the betterment of the healthcare industry. I graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2021 with a master’s degree in leadership of healthcare organizations.
Rosalee Allan, FACHE

Currently, she is employed as a full-time professor at Eastern Washington University and teaches in the Health Services Administration Department. Ms. Allan currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Washington State Patient Safety Coalition. She has also personally been recognized in her career. In 2010, The Inland Business Catalyst magazine recognized her as one of Spokane’s Most Powerful People in Business, and in 2014, she was awarded the Prime Spirit Award, recognizing her work through the years with children advocacy groups and the homeless. In 2017, she was inducted into the Upsilon Phi Delta Society health care organization.
Sujit Joginpally

Sujit K. Joginpally, MD, MPA, MBA, FACHE, moved to the United States 18 years ago. Originally from India, but went to Ukraine to pursue medical education after high school. Sujit holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and Life Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. He worked as a clinician, researcher, entrepreneur, and manager during his career. He co-founded a 100-bed hospital and two ancillary clinics in India and has done public health research in shale gas exposure across five states in the United States. He moved to Washington State from Connecticut in 2019 and works as a Director for the University of Washington. Sujit has been a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2009 and became a fellow in 2018.
Daniel Bae
Bio
Daniel Bae is the Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line at Overlake Medical Center, where he works in dyad partnership with medical leaders to oversee the Heart and Vascular Center, Cath/EP/VIR labs as well as the Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery outpatient clinics. Prior to joining Overlake, Daniel worked as the Clinic Manager for Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle, where he also received a distinction for demonstrating application of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement in operations. He is passionate about supporting the care team and building a trusting, brave culture for everyone to thrive in and do their best work.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from Lewis & Clark College, and a Master of Healthcare Service Administration Degree from the University of Michigan. He serves as chair of the Asian Healthcare Leaders Community (AHLC), an affinity group that functions as part of the WA ACHE Chapter’s DEI Committee. He also served in various roles advocating for better representation for racial minorities, facilitating a People of Color (POC) employee resource group at Virginia Mason and also serving as a secretary for the Korean American Health Professionals Association (KAHPA). He is originally from Portland, OR and lives with his wife and two boys in the lovely neighborhood of Bothell.
