Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee (DE&I) of the Washington State Chapter of ACHE (WA-ACHE) will serve to ensure that all members of our community have equal access to opportunity, resources, and input within our field. This committee seeks inclusion for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, culture, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, or career perspective and the creation of a culture of belonging.
Our Mission
The mission of this committee will be to demonstrate that DE&I is core to WA-ACHE. It will work to provide DE&I resources to members of our community and purposefully work to create a culture of inclusivity in our events hosted by WA-ACHE. This committee will establish partnerships with diverse organizations to provide professional development for healthcare leaders and organizations associated with WA-ACHE.

Ensuring there is a space for all to have an opportunity to provide input & influence change within our community as healthcare leaders.
Establish and provide resources to support DE&I development for leaders and organizations in our community.
Provide support for members of our community from diverse backgrounds.
