DEI Discussion: Exploring “Imposter Syndrome”

How would you describe “Imposter Syndrome”? In what ways have you experienced this in your career journey? Does it disproportionately affect women or racial/ethnic minorities? Is this an experience we must overcome as individuals or a systemic issue?

We will explore these questions during the DEI Discussion in September, hosted by the Asian Healthcare Leaders Community (AHLC)! For those interested in the topic, we will discuss the following Harvard Business Review (HBR) article, which provides a helpful perspective on imposter syndrome focused on creating a supportive, inclusive environment rather than on the individual.
